Terms and Conditions:-By submitting your form you automatically agree to the Terms of Service and you, the Client, are obliged to follow them at all times.
-I will only accept payment through PayPal. Accepted currency is USD ($)-Please don't send me payment if I haven’t:
• Requested for payment,
• Sent an invoice, and
• Given you a slot.-I will only start the piece after you have payed me.
-Understand that my art is constantly evolving and changing, and that minor differences may be seen between examples and the artwork you commissioned.
-You will be receiving a digital file. I won’t provide any physical products such as prints.
-I have the right to decline/cancel your commission if I feel like it’s out of my scope or if personal/health problems leaves me unable to finish it.
-I work on one commission at a time. I won’t start a commission if the one before it is incomplete and hasn’t been delivered yet. I kindly ask for your patience.-You will only receive a full refund when:
•I canceled or could not finish your commission due to any reason.
•You cancel the commission before the sketch screenshot/approval.
•You send me payment that I have not requested, and your order will be denied.-Refund rates will differ depending on the situation. But the ones for sure are as follows:
•If you have expressed any ill behavior, and I feel like I have taken enough, your commission will be canceled and you will get a 30% refund.-I will only allow 2 major changes (complicated background change, redraws on any part of the drawing...) to the final piece. If the change is out of my scope or too large to complete, I have the right to decline it.

• Will not claim Intellectual Property (IP)
• I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork
• I reserve the right to use the work in any way I please. This includes:
• Posting the work on social media and online in general
• Displaying it wherever and whenever I want
• Adding it to my portfolio
• Using it to promote myself in any way
• Offer the files (.psd, .sai, etc.) on platforms like Patreon or Ko-fi for learning purposes
• Using it in publicationsYou, the Client
• Are not allowed to:
• Use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
• Trace, alter, edit the piece without my permission.
• Claim the commissioned artwork as yours.
• Remove, erase or delete any and all watermarks and signatures on my works.•Are allowed to:
• Use the commissioned piece in the following ways on the condition that you give proper credit to artist. This can be done by stating my name "NamelessUser87", if the option is available, and-or by tag with @NamelessUser87 on Instagram/Twitter/Artfol/Twitch...
• Posting it on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, DeviantArt, etc.)
• Using it as your profile picture.
• Using it as reference for you or for your other commissions.
• Posting the commissioned artwork on any public place on the internet.
• Are allowed to use the full resolution image for personal use only. Such as a personal print, wallpaper, phone sticker, etc.
